Holland District Ruritans

Fellowship. Goodwill. Community Service.

Holland District Clubs.  A new form for updating your club page will start coming out annually to ensure the district contact roster and information is correct and up to date.  We will be working with all of you to draw more people to your pages.  You will have the opportunity to establish a basic page with information on when and where you meet and a way to email and mail things to you.  Another option is to have a page that links to your club site of Facebook(R) or a similar approved site..  You will also Have the option to have the site you currently have as long as your site is updated regularly.  This site will be managed by the club itself and the District will provide training dates for people to get the needed training to be able to maintain this site.

The sample page on the right has just the basic club information.  The sample club site on the side has menus, articles, photos and much more for everyone to see.  You can add calendars using your club secretary calendar (one you create for club use only).  This will allow members and others to see when and where you meet and what you are doing for fundraisers.  There is also a way to secure articles and pages with a club password to access communications on planning that you do not want to put out to others.

This plan that the Holland District is putting together will bring people to your site with a simple google search.  This will increase visibility to your club events for fundraising.  We look forward to working with you to make this a better experience for you.
