The Holland District Ruritans (“District”) offers a scholarship for a “Rudy” Youth member in good
standing in a Ruritan Club, or of a Ruri-Teen Club, in the Holland District, who is to be enrolled in
the summer or fall of 2023 in an institution of higher learning.
